How Horses Instill Power
Mindfulness:Is there any stronger emotion than observing nature’s wild force and energy?
Losing Control: We are afraid to look at what we have lived, and suffer in silence. But relationships make us talk, and we uncover the things that lay in dust in our souls.
Growing a Self: People are always looking for security and sometimes they find it, but security is an end in itself, whereas life has no end.
Banish hurry sickness: How different our lives are when we know what is important to us. Manage the day to include only what really matters.

My philosophy is that being around horses can increase emotional consciousness. They are powerful creatures with personalities and emotions of their own. Connecting with something larger than oneself can bring things into sharper focus. New insights naturally make way for the possibility of changing unwanted behavior. More resourceful living can follow.
The horses have a way of developing people’s sense of themselves while overcoming fear and self doubt. Playing with horses can help humans get out of their heads and thus out of their own way. This is true intelligence.
The challenge games with horses are about problem solving while keeping safe. This is an opportunity to test one's self and find the leader within. Weekend warrior activities provide feedback during the following week wherever a demaning situation arises.
Horses offer natural bonding opportunities for people to feel a sense of belonging. Team-building activities stretch the boundaries around what is normally felt to be emotionally comfortable. In a team group, whatever one didn't get growing up is brought resoundingly into the present moment.
