FIND A NEW STRATEGY
It’s difficult to look inside and to see how your own actions contribute to a situation. We are not always the best judges of our behavior. How would you define success? What will it take to get there? How would you know you had succeeded?
I usually see people for six sessions or less. The focus of my training is to get brief and solution-oriented results. People's resources of time and money are limited. I enjoy being accountable for giving people outstanding value. We will be celebrating your efforts to arrive a more satisfying place in life.
If you’re not getting the outcomes you want in your professional and personal life, turn your attention to your emotional guidance system and see what you have been attracting. Through self-evaluation and transformation you can stop being plagued by self-doubt or hold onto negative beliefs that don’t reflect your true self. Where has your focus been? How has that strategy been working for you?
HEAL CORRECT IMPROVE
New strategies depend on emotional self regulation. Anger and resentment disorganize the sense of self and bring on feelings of failure and rejection. Anger tries to tell you there is some defect in the other person you are mad at. You attack or avoid them. To stop acting out (or acting in), you must stop organizing yourself around your strongest negative emotion!
Get back on course by forging a new relation to self. Through metaphor, we can deconstruct the past --and with it your shame, anxiety, and core hurts -- so that you can stop identifying with failure. This positive self validation can lead to freedom from guilt and discomfort.
